Kettlebell Small Group Training in Aurora, Colorado
These are not your typical fitness classes, in fact the word “classes” brings up all kinds of incorrect ideas. My small group fitness coaching sessions are more like sharing a fitness performance coach (me) with a few like-minded people. So rather than an instructor standing at the front and everyone trying to keep up (such an outdated cliché form of exercise) in our training each person has their own personalized program to follow and tracks their own progression.
What Our Kettlebell Fitness Training is NOT Like
We are NOT:
- A one-size-fits-all approach
- A keep up with the instructor or other people in class approach
- Random entertainment with loud sped-up dance music, sweat bands and fancy exercise shoes (go to a cheesy gym with an underpaid / undereducated instructor for that)
- An alternative to hard work and paying your dues
What Our Kettlebell Fitness Training IS
- A personalized approach to your fitness goals led by a world-class performance coach Brian Copeland.
