    • 1 ½ hours of reality-based self-defense / martial arts
    • Beginner friendly
    • All levels welcome

    Wednesdays & Fridays 7:30pm – 8:30pm
    Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00pm – 8:00pm

    • Customized semi-private (small group) fitness training
    • Choose your goal: Strength, Fat Loss, Explosiveness, Muscle Size, etc.
    • Beginner friendly

    Brian has limited availability for private training Monday – Saturday.
